Don’t miss this opportunity to display your wares and interact with thousands of Shriners, their Lady’s and families attending the 144th Annual Shriners International Convention July 14th-19th, 2018.

The Marketplace will also be open to the Public to showcase our Fraternity, Philanthropy, and some of the fun our members have. Please Note the Date which is a week later than normal!

Trade Show Application Vendors requesting the same booths as 2017 will be given the 1st opportunity for those booths in 2018. Exhibitor booths will be reserved in the order that deposits have been received Applications received the same date will be processed by descending value of the entire rental. Booths reserved for 2018 will be made available to other vendors if at least a $300 deposit per booth is not made by the end of the 2018 Convention. The 10’ x 10’ booth includes one six (6) foot table with skirt, two chairs, individual draped dividers, one company identification sign, and an alphabetical listing and location in the 144th Imperial Session Program Book. The Program Book Committee will contact you with additional advertising opportunities. Other amenities will be the responsibility of exhibitor.

Upon receipt of the 2018 Application, each vendor will be invoiced using PayPal showing any appropriate discounts. Partial Payments can be made online on the PayPal website by Credit Card or you can mail a check. The Trade Show area was extremely popular in 2017 and sold out. For 2018, additional corner booths will be added in addition to some island booths. This location can accommodate up to 250 booths. Refer to the Exhibitor hall layout on page 6 for booth selection(s). We ask that exhibitors select the number of requested booths in each two areas in order of preference.

The booth application must be received by April 30, 2018. Any vendors on the waiting list are considered for booths after this date.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own Hotel accommodations. For your convenience, a list of hotels offering a 2018 Imperial event rate will also be posted on the Web site. Remember to mention 2018 Imperial Session to receive the group discount rate, and to make your reservations before April!
