Frank was born in Morristown, New Jersey and moved to Central Florida in 1985.  In September 2006 he was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason at the Oviedo Lodge #243, he became a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Orlando and became a Nobel at the Bahia Shrine in the fall of 2007. 

He has held the position as Treasurer at the Bahia Shrine in Orlando since 2012, he is a member of the Iron Horses unit and the Cigar Club and has served as Treasurer of the Iron Horses Unit for the from 2010 through 2014.  He has always been happy to assist the Iron Horses unit in multiple Bahia functions such as the Bahia Circus, Sam Swoop Ride and Bahia Paper drive and looks forward to continuing to help the Shrine in any capacity that is beneficial to the Shrine and the Shrine Hospital.


Frank was raised in New Jersey. He moved to St Petersburg, Florida in 1973 and finished his education at the University of South Florida in Tampa.  Frank met his Lady Terry in 1977 and has been happily married for 36 years.  He and his Lady have a son living in NY who is 34 years old a daughter living in Deland who is 32 and 7 grandchildren.

Frank is a CPA and is certified in the states of Florida and Michigan, he also has a Florida health and life insurance license and a Series 6, 63 and 65 securities license.  He started his career in St Petersburg in the banking industry as an internal auditor and as a corporate accountant of a bank holding company. He took a position in Jacksonville and then in Texas to work in the tax department for two publicly traded corporations and then in 1985 he moved to Central Florida to work for one of the big four CPA firms.  He started his own CPA firm in 1992 which is located in Maitland Florida.  His practice is focused on small to medium sized businesses where he can assist the companies, business owners and their families, from a business perspective, a tax savings perspective and a retirement and long term investment perspective.

Frank has been held multiple positions in clubs and associations such as:

  • President and Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Altamonte Springs
  • President and Treasurer of the Epilepsy Association of Central Florida
  • President and Treasurer of the AMORC Rosicrucian Organization in Central Florida
  • Treasure of the Orlando Harley Owners Group
  • Member of the AICPA and FICPA
